Returns and Exchanges
Note that all sales are only eligible for exchanges except for Sale product (s) that are all final.
A request for an exchange must be placed within one week receiving the product by contacting our customer service at komefashion@gmail.com. All product (s) to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. In the event the product (s) received are unclean, damaged or in any way unsellable the exchange policy will not be honored and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be refunded at eighty percent of the total purchase cost. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be refunded; such purchases can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value or a combination of products of equal or greater value. Any difference in total cost will be at the expense to the customer and must be paid in full prior to processing of the order
